"NEW YORK - A representative for Janet Jackson says the singer has been hospitalized after falling ill shortly before a concert.

According to statement released by W&W Public Relations, the singer canceled her concert in Montreal on Monday after she "got suddenly ill" during her sound check and had to be rushed to the hospital just before show time.

The statement says Jackson is being monitored at the hospital and hopes to reschedule the show. No further information was given about Jackson's condition.

A phone call placed to W&W after hours went unanswered, and a representative did not immediately return an e-mail seeking more information.

THE INTERVIEW THAT SENT ME OVER THE EDGE

I Am a LOYAL reader and buyer of "DON DIVA" Magazine, and i told you guys about the Rick Ross Interview and i finally got the magazine with the interview Via My Sister in NYC because they don't sell it here in the state I'm in for some odd reason. Soooo I Turned Immediately to the Rick Ross interview while out to lunch. BOY OH BOY ...the interview sure enough pissed me off to the highest extent of pissivity.
To the point a guy i was eating with asked why is my face so red [because im light skinned and what im feeling usually shows up on my face]



1. He says the picture is him. FINALLY!!!! He says This about denying it:

I done been up and i done been down and that's what makes me who i am. I never ratted on a nigga! I never prosecuted a n*gga! I never locked up a n*gga that is first and foremost. I always felt that me being the n*gga that I am, I never owed a n*gga an explanation."

When asked again he totally tried to avoid the question. He keeps telling the interviewer about how gangsta he is, how street he is, then contradicts his self saying that snitches should die, then says he doesn't believe in murdering his own people. I wanted to yell at the top of my lungs.

2.Question - Do You feel that the game has handcuffed you, and you have to live up to a certain image?
He then goes on to continue talking about how he HAD BMW's and expensive cars, he continues talking about selling crack and says he's an EMOTIONAL N*GGA [giggles] Then goes on and says that where he's from if he feels disrespected he "breaks n*ggas jaws" Then goes back to talking about what he "had" [more past tense lies]

3. Question - "How Do You Think this will affect your career?"

I Guess to keep his "HOOD CREDIBILITY" up. He then goes as far as to say he's unstoppable and says he's like Biggie and Pac. [They're rolling over in their graves]

I Refuse to keep speaking on what the interview said, and i KNOW you are all probably just as angry as i am. How can a man who lied to the masses decide now to come to Don Diva and "Speak The Truth". P-Sam a well known man in Florida [Miami] for his own reasons then goes on to give his thoughts on the situation. He says that we shouldn't judge him on his career choice for 18 months. I Can respect his opinion but i think he should understand where alot of people are coming from. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER JUDGED THIS CLOWN IF HE HAD TOLD THE TRUTH IN THE BEGINNING. Its also upsetting to see him try to make us believe that he's some real hardcore, killer, murder, drug dealing, jaw breaking, gang affiliated, person. Some of the questions has the same answers how can different questions about 5 different things have the same answer [which was him basically saying that he's hood he sold coke, he gangsta, he break jaws. And the contradiction He rolls with murderers but don't believe in killing his own kind, he says he's emotional, but he doesn't care. HUH? Real Hip Hop heads know that not all of these rappers are killers, kingpins, and so forth. We know better, only the ignorant would falter, and believe that all of their favorite rappers are who they rap about being. WE real people are upset that he tried to even deny the shit [which he did] So I Still can care less about him doing a Don Diva Magazine, i still love the magazine, it was just one of the most upsetting magazine interviews that i ever read. The Show Everybody Has Been Talking About

Tyra Banks recently kicked off a new season of her talk show "The Tyra Show" with an episode about Skin bleaching. Most of you probably dont have 40 minutes to spare but i encourage you to watch this clib because it's really a sad day when black people believe that lighter skin is better, and they REFUSE to carry a darkskin baby on their hip [yep! one of them ladies said it] BUT for those who wont watch it under the video is a Re-cap of what went on in those 40 minutes




So first it started off with Tyra basically asking them when they started and one of the ladies said she started at 5 years old when her mom began putting bleaching cream on her, SUPRISE SUPRISE it just so happens that she bleaches her 3 little boys as well, and the sad thing about it is that they actually believe that bleaching makes them better. These boys didnt say it makes them look better,they said it makes THEM better, sad right. So some lady basically told the lady who bleaches her children that she's instilling in her boys no type of self esteem and basically that she's failing them as a mother. So then basically they blah blah blah's for a little while and then went to commercial. When they came back they showed that these ladies were sent to a FAKE skin bleaching seminar [heaven to them]. These desperate women [because i am trying to refrain from vulgar language as i speak on this matter] Were so desperate for lighter skin that they didnt even care about the side affects, i mean to me bleeding anally is just something im not willing to do for lighter skin, getting my skin pulled off and put back on isnt something that im willing to do, and boils on the skin, HELL NO!!! But enough about what im willing to do, some of them didnt even care that DEATH was a side affect, they wanted the surgery, and one even said that she was willing to miss car payments and other IMPORTANT payments [huh? she better be from new york talking like that, where theres buses and trains everywhere, but out of town ....she trippin]
Then my girl Bre [heyyy breeee] did an investigation basically showing that the manufacturers of thee skin bleaching creams are basically targetting us black folks, [who would've guessed, i say that sarcastically] To end the show a doctor got up and basically [in my opinion] didnt scare us enough to believe that skin bleaching can really mess you up. JUST WATCH IT. It was a really interesting show

The plane hurtled off the end of a runway and crashed through antennas and a fence. It came to rest on an embankment across a five-lane highway and was engulfed in flames, said Debbie Hersman, a member of the National Transportation Safety Board.

Barker and DJ AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, were in critical condition at a burn center in Augusta, Ga., about 75 miles southwest of Columbia, hospital spokeswoman Beth Frits said.
Two other passengers — Chris Baker, 29, of Studio City, Calif., and Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles — died, as did pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim Hills, Calif., and co-pilot James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, according to the county coroner.

The plane was headed for Van Nuys, Calif. It is owned by Global Exec Aviation, a California-based charter company, and was certified to operate last year, Hersman said. The company said it had no immediate comment.

At the crash site Saturday, the air was still heavy with the odor of jet fuel. A trail of black soot led off a runway. The nose of the aircraft was gone and the roof was missing from two-thirds of the charred plane.

Barker and Goldstein had performed together under the name TRVSDJ-AM at a free concert in Columbia on Friday night."

The multi-platinum recording artist sat down for the October issue of Essence Magazine last week and announced the shocking news stating, 'Yes, I am gay, and I have always been.' He also said, 'You know this world we live in is full of judgment, resulting in one of the reasons why it took me so long to come out of the closet.' Earlier this month, a man by the name of Derrick Johnson claimed that he had an intimate relationship with the singer during their teen years in high school. He also said that for months the singer and Def Jam have been trying to pay him to keep quiet over the ordeal. Worrying that it would destroy his image. Ne-yo responds saying, that the relationship did occur and he is no longer ashamed of saying that he was deeply in love. Reciting 'That situation was what inspired me to write the song Unfaithful. But no one knew it was actually about myself, and our relationship.' He told Essence that he doesn't care anymore, he was tired of living a lie and is ready to come clean.
