Ciara had a wig which i do not approve of, as far as CiCi's dress i feel she could have done better but she didnt look horrible at all
Taylor swift wins best dressed in my eyes, even though Christina Aguilera didnt look bad at all, Pink had on stripes [cough cough],and her performance was ....ok,
Lil wayne was obviously high, but he still managed to kill his performance, well his performance with Kid rock they did a great JOB!!!
Disturbia was disturbing long and almost unbearable towards the end, T.I. and Rhianna did a good job together,
