OH NO THEY DIDNT [Yes they did]
I Can Understand their saying that PAC is overrated, thats their opinion as well as many others that i have come across,BUT alot of people aren't going to like this one. Heres The cover of the new BLENDER MAG which reads SORRY PAC! across the top [oh no they didnt, yes they DID] I Personally am interested in reading the article.
