CHICAGO - A body found in an SUV is that of Jennifer Hudson's missing 7-year-old nephew, the focus of a desperate search since the Oscar winner's mother and brother were found shot to death in their home three days earlier, police said Monday.
Chicago police said the body of a black male child was found shortly after 7 a.m. in the rear seat of an SUV. It was later confirmed to be that of Julian King.
The SUV was found parked on the street in a neighborhood of brownstone homes and apartment buildings, and matched the one sought in an Amber Alert issued after Hudson's mother and brother were found slain Friday, police Cmdr. Wayne Gulliford said.
Im hearing stories from people from chicago that people called the police station and reported the SUV being on the block over the weekend but police didnt respond
I HOPE thats not true.
This is sad but Balfour [the guy who they believe did all of this] is currently NO LONGER IN POLICE CUSTODY, they turned him over to corrections on a parole violation charge, which means they cant charge him with the murders because they have nothing on him, so they had to find another way of keeping him there. They also said that he is NOT Cooperating with the police [i wouldn't either, guilty or not, i mean lets be for real NOBODY wants to go to jail no matter how horriffic or sad the situation is].
Well my thoughts and prayers as well as sympathies go out to the Hudson family.

THE LITTLE KID DIDNT DESERVE THIS AT ALL. HE'S INNOCENT. LITTLE MAN COULD OF BEEN ANYTHING SPECIAL IN THIS WORLD & 4 SOME 1 2 TAKE THAT AWAY FROM HIM IS COMPLETELY SENSELESS AND TOTALLY FUCKED UP!
My condolonces to Jenn Hudson & Family. Let them heal from this tragedy. No person doesnt deserve this.

YeI Agree @Techie but i mean its life. People say im insensitive but would you have really left the only living person to your crime alive? so he can tell on you and YOU can go to jail?
