I get the sense that Soulja Boi is hating on artists who just dont come from the north. I personally dont care i just wish he would educate his self and know that Lil' Wayne was NOT the first dude to declare himself the best rapper alive.




I know i said stay positive in previous posts but....*Sigh* didnt he say he wanted to be a mentor or someone that children could look up to. Does he not know that he's nothing positive he's uneducated in Music, Common sense, and he lacks a school education as well. Not my children.

I dont know .... i respect the little guy for making money and bringing his family out of the ghetto (Of Mississippi NOT Atlanta for you retards who think thats where he's from) but all of the other extra curricular stuff needs to stop. Soulja Boy Got Robbed?

Ummm Not that anyone probably cares but THIS Dude probably got robbed because umm i dont know he keeps running his mouth. I dont think i want to go keep writing because i promised to at least TRY to eep it positive for '09. ....TRY!

A representative for teen sensation Soulja Boy has confirmed the young entertainer was assaulted last week.

Unconfirmed reports began circulating on New Year’s Eve that Soulja Boy and several of his close friends were ambushed and robbed at gunpoint on Tuesday night (December 30) after six men invaded the rapper’s home.

Allegedly, Soulja Boy’s friend Jbar was nearly taken hostage during the robbery.

The following day (December 31), a video surfaced of two masked men claiming responsibility for the crime.

In the clip, the duo boasted of stalking Soulja Boy before the attack by attending his album release party and subsequently tailing the rapper to his home.

The alleged thieves further described the robbery in detail. They disputed initial reports of there being six assailants armed with pistols and Ak-47s.

Instead, the alleged robbers claimed the crime was completed between them with one weapon.

Due to the two minute video’s over the top content, the clip was initially met with skepticism by fans and media alike.

However, a representative for Soulja Boy has confirmed with AllHipHop.com that an incident did take place, but the rep refused to provide any concrete details, stating only that the crime is “a serious situation.”

Soulja Boy released his sophomore album iSouljaBoyTellem on December 16.

Earlier this week, the teen rapper again sparked controversy by releasing a Youtube video accusing legendary lyricist Nas of killing Hip-Hop and destroying economic opportunities of other emcees.

I like the fact that he has decided to clean up his act (but not really clean up his act, have you seen his youtube? Rich N*gga sh*t? role Model?) and he realizes that he has a HUGE FAN BASE (Which he should have known when he realized GROWN MEN were cranking dat in the club).

I PERSONALLY never thought that i would see the day that a Black Man would thank slave owners, or give them a shout out for anything, I also never thought i would see a credible black man running for president. WELL GUESS WHAT both have finally come about. Recently your kid's favorite Clown artist, Soulja Boy who is notorious for his horrible Hit song "Crank That" was interviewed by B.E.T's own Toure'. When asked which historical figure from the past did he most hate, Soulja boy seemed as if he didn't understand what was being said to him. Toure' decided to help the young man out by naming people such as Hitler and Bin Laden, BUT when he mentioned slave masters Soulja Boy Replied "Shout out to the slave masters, without them we wouldn't be here"

I personally am NOT surprised by his lack of intelligence and portrayal of ignorance because His name is soulja Boy, He dropped out of school to do music with no meaning, and he probably didn't attend school long enough to read a black history book, or any book for that matter. Here's an Excerpt from Toure's Blog where he talks about the "shocking" interview:

Last week in Atlanta, I got to interview Soulja Boy Tell Em. I found out just how young he really is. He was one of about ten rappers I interviewed in one day for my BET show, The Black Carpet. I decided it'd be fun to give all the rappers part of the Proust questionnaire. I thought it'd be a way to get beyond image and into who they really are. Most of the guys gave good, thoughtful, intelligent, sensitive answers. I asked Juelz Santana, “How would you like to die?” He said, "Loved."

Then came Soulja Boy Tell Em. I asked him, “What historical figure do you most hate?” He was stumped. I said, "Others have said Hitler, bin Laden, the slave masters..." He said, "Oh wait! Hold up! Shout out to the slave masters! Without them we'd still be in Africa."

My jaw, at this point, was on the ground."We wouldn't be here," he continued, having no idea how far in it he'd stepped, "to get this ice and tattoos."

Wow. Never mind that diamonds come from Africa. Never mind that there were many generations of pain in between leaving Africa and getting diamonds. Never mind that the long-term cataclysmic effects of subtracting about tens of millions of young, strong people from Africa over the course of a couple of centuries is a large part of the reason why Africa now appears so distasteful to you. Never mind all that, Soulja Boy. You put country first.

Thanks Toure' for pointing out that Diamonds come from Africa, and you should have pointed out that most of the resources that we get here in America are very much so accessible in Africa, Hell, Most of it is TAKEN from Africa and the Middle East.
