Something interesting i saw on the site as i read what MTV wrote was about how NO ONE is going to standup and say anything. All of the people in that room say they didnt even see the killers face? UNBELIEVABLE.

The testimonies of Allen and other members of Jay's inner circle have not placated those who believe that Jay's close friends know the killer, and — in the interest of protecting that individual and, by extension, themselves — are reluctant to name names.

As another year passes with Jay's friends still at odds with one another and with investigators, the potential for a breakthrough in the case becomes less likely. "The more time goes by in a criminal case such as this, the harder it is to get a conviction," Brown said.

BUSTED: Lyfe Jennings is Locked Up And I Doubt That They Let Him Out

Lyfe was in jail for like 10 years before he got out and dropped his album which i dont remember the name of because it was his jail prisoner number. Well He's on his way right back to the pen, thats short for penitentiary my people. Yes he's on his way back to jail after leading the police on a high speed car chase [laughs]. According to TMZ.com police were responding to a call saying that shots had been fired in Smyrna, Georgia and when they got there Chester "Lyfe" Jennings tried to drive away from the scene. Too bad for him that liquor can actually mess up your plan to elude the cops, i dont know O.J. got people thinking that this is the way to behave when the cops are after them. He's being charged with Felony possession of a gun by a felon, and trying to run from the police.

SMH, I was reading Necole Bitchie's recap of the B.E.T awards and read that game didnt make it because somebody shot his sister. Which has been confirmed and found out to be true. According to her Myspace Page she wishes no harm on them, instead she hopes that God blesses her shooter, and she's happy she's still alive. Another thing, I think that when you visit her page you can kid of get a BETTER understanding of WHY game had a Butterfly Tatted on his face.

Travis Barker Out Of Hospital.

Travis barker who was in a tragic plane crash which killed four of the 6 pasengers is finally home.

On Friday, exactly four weeks after surviving a private plane crash, the former Blink-182 drummer was released from Sherman Oaks' Grossman Burn Center, the Los Angeles-area facility where he has been receiving treatment since Sept. 29.

The 32-year-old rocker will continue his recovery at home and has requested privacy while he continues to recover from the second- and third-degree burns he sustained in the Sept. 19 Learjet crash.

Prior to his California return, Barker was treated at Georgia's Joseph M. Still Burn Center for 10 days. He relocated to his SoCal home base on a specially equipped bus staffed by medical personnel.

Like his friend and fellow surviving passenger Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein, Barker is expected to make a full recovery.
